MAINTENANCE TECH
FULL-TIME. Candidate should be trained, organized, self-starter, team player, able to communicate clearly, follow procedures and interact with older adults. Candidate should have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other mechanical systems and practice proper safety guidelines. Job requires frequent bending, standing, lifting and use of step stool and ladder. Paid benefits including health insurance, retirement, vacation and holidays. Competitive hourly wage.
Hours 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday-Friday with additional rotating on-call hours, reliable transportation.
